Position Description:
- Provide Excellent and proactive Customer Support via face to face, phone, email and other online collaborative tools
- Liaise with internal staff and customers across Australia to ensure on-time, within-specs and on-budget delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Effectively and efficiently handle multiple projects in a multi-cultural, multi- language and a multi-time zone environment.
- Up selling existing customers

Key Criteria:

- Excellent phone, email communication skills in an Australian environment.
- Sales Track record in a similar industry
